2. Cancellation & Refunds

3. Guests Responsibilities
Guests must treat the property with care and respect. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required due to guest behavior may result in additional charges. Guests are responsible for complying with local laws, noise restrictions, and community rules during their stay.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are specified for each property. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may include additional charges.

5. Smoking And House Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties. Guests who smoke indoors may be charged an additional cleaning fee and, in some cases, a penalty. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas if available. Guests are also expected to respect rules regarding pets, parties, and maximum occupancy as stated in each property listing.

6. Liability

Haven Holiday Home Property Management is not liable for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal belongings during a guest’s stay. Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance.

7. Services

We may provide additional services such as cleaning and maintenance upon request. Service availability may depend on property location and booking terms.

8. Website Use

Our website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Haven Holiday Home Property Management. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
