Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Partial payment may be considered upon request. The Host reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received within the agreed time.

Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charges. Valid CNIC or Passport copy required at check-in.
3. Property Use Rules
The property is for residential use only. Only approved guests may stay. Extra guests must be declared in advance.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Pets require prior approval. Guests must respect neighbors and maintain peace at all times.
Any damage to the property must be reported immediately. Repair or replacement costs may apply. Illegal substances or hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
4. Safety & Liability
Guests are responsible for securing the property during their stay. Haven Holiday Homes is not liable for accidents, injuries, loss of belongings, or utility interruptions beyond control.
5. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 3 days before check-in: 100% refund.
1–2 days before check-in: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
