1. Reservation and Payment
Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking, depending on the property policy.
The reservation is confirmed once payment is received, and you will receive a confirmation email.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards.
Standard check-out time: by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must provide valid identification upon check-in.
Only registered guests may stay overnight.
The property must be used for residential purposes only, and parties/events are not allowed unless agreed in writing.
Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition and will be charged for any damages.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel free of charge up to 3 days before check-in.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3 to 1 day before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
No Refund: Cancellations on the day of check-in or “no-shows” are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the booking is non-refundable.
6. Amendments
Date changes or booking amendments are subject to availability and may involve price adjustments.
7. Force Majeure
The property shall not be held responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
8. Liability
The property is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure valuables.
Use of facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the property is located.
