Term And Condition

1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required to confirm the booking. Contact the Host if partial payment arrangements are required.

  • The Host reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM

  • Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed)

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Valid CNIC/Passport copies of all guests must be provided at check-in for security purposes.

3. Use of Property

  • The Property is for residential use only.

  • Only the number of guests specified at the time of booking may stay at the Property. Extra guests must be declared and approved by the Host in advance.

  • Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (if applicable).

  • Pets are allowed only if approved by the Host in advance.

  • Guests must respect the peace and privacy of neighbors at all times.

  • Any damage to furniture, appliances, or the Property must be reported immediately. Guests will be charged for repair or replacement.

  • Illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

4. Liability & Safety

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring the Property is locked and secure when unattended.

  • The Host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.

  • The Host shall not be held liable for interruptions in utilities (electricity, water, internet) that are beyond their control.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full Refund: Guests may cancel up to 3 days prior to check-in and receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 1–2 days prior to check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or in case of a no-show will not be eligible for any refund.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3–7 business days.

6. Acceptance

By confirming the reservation, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
