Term And Condition

1. Reservation and Payment

• Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking, depending on the property policy.

• The reservation is confirmed once payment is received, and you will receive a confirmation email.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

• Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM onwards.

• Standard check-out time: by 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must provide valid identification upon check-in.

• Only registered guests may stay overnight.

• The property must be used for residential purposes only, and parties/events are not allowed unless agreed in writing.

• Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition and will be charged for any damages.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel free of charge up to 3 days before check-in.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3 to 1 day before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

• No Refund: Cancellations on the day of check-in or “no-shows” are non-refundable.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.

5. No-Show Policy

• Failure to arrive without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the booking is non-refundable.

6. Amendments

• Date changes or booking amendments are subject to availability and may involve price adjustments.

7. Force Majeure

• The property shall not be held responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

8. Liability

• The property is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure valuables.

• Use of facilities is at the guest’s own risk.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the property is located.
