Haven Lodge Bhurban is a private mountain cottage located in the peaceful hills of Bhurban, offering beautiful valley views and a calm environment for families and small groups. Accommodation
The cottage includes 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms plus a servant room, designed to comfortably host up to 8 guests.
Sleeping arrangement includes 2 king beds, 2 single beds, and additional mattresses in the servant room.
Two bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with inverter AC units that provide both cooling and heating, making the home comfortable throughout the year.

A cozy lounge with TV and garden views provides a comfortable place to relax with family and friends. Large windows bring in natural light and allow guests to enjoy the surrounding greenery and mountain atmosphere.

Terms & Conditions – Haven Holiday Homes
1. Booking & Payment
To confirm a reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. In some cases partial payment may be accepted, with the remaining balance due before check-in. Haven Holiday Homes reserves the right to cancel or release a booking if payment is not received within the agreed time.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability and may involve additional charges. Guests must provide a valid CNIC or Passport copy at check-in for security and record purposes.
3. Guest Registration
Only guests included in the confirmed reservation are allowed to stay at the property. Any additional guests must be declared and approved in advance, and extra charges may apply.
4. Property Use & House Rules
The property is intended for residential accommodation only.
• Smoking allowed only in designated outdoor areas
• Pets allowed only with prior host approval
• Illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous items are strictly prohibited
Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and keeping the property in good condition during their stay.
5. Damages & Loss
Any damage, loss, or breakage must be reported immediately. Guests may be responsible for the cost of repair, replacement, or additional cleaning if the property is left in unacceptable condition.
6. Safety & Security
Guests are responsible for securing doors, windows, and personal belongings during their stay. Haven Holiday Homes is not liable for accidents, injuries, loss of belongings, or service interruptions such as electricity, internet, or water beyond the host’s control.
7. Cancellation Policy
• 3 days before check-in: 100% refund
• 1–2 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund
Refunds are processed within 1–7 business days depending on the payment method.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Haven Holiday Homes reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay if guests violate house rules, create disturbances, or engage in unlawful activities.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a reservation or making a payment, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
