Terms & Conditions – Haven Holiday Homes
1. Booking & Payment
To confirm a reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. In some cases partial payment may be accepted upon request, with the remaining balance due before check-in. Haven Holiday Homes reserves the right to cancel or release a booking if payment is not received within the agreed time.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability and may involve additional charges. Guests must provide a valid CNIC or Passport copy at check-in for security and record purposes.
3. Guest Registration
Only guests included in the confirmed reservation are allowed to stay at the property. Any additional guests must be declared and approved in advance. Unregistered guests or events without approval may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
4. Property Use & House Rules
The property is intended for residential accommodation only. Guests are expected to respect the home, neighbors, and community rules at all times.
• Keep noise levels reasonable, especially during night hours
• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas
• Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the host
• Illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous items are strictly prohibited
Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and in good condition during their stay.
5. Damages & Loss
Any damage, loss, or breakage must be reported immediately. Guests may be responsible for the cost of repair, replacement, or extra cleaning if the property is left in unacceptable condition.
6. Safety & Security
Guests are responsible for securing doors, windows, and personal belongings during their stay. Haven Holiday Homes is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of personal items, or interruptions in services such as electricity, internet, or water that are beyond the host’s control.
7. Cancellation Policy
• Free cancellation up to 3 days before check-in – 100% refund
• 1–2 days before check-in – 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before check-in or no-show – No refund
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days depending on the payment method.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Haven Holiday Homes reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay if guests violate house rules, create disturbance, or engage in unlawful activities.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a reservation or making a payment, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
