1. Booking & Payment
A reservation is confirmed once payment is received. Full payment is required unless a partial payment arrangement is agreed in advance. Any remaining balance must be paid before or at check-in.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on availability and may involve additional charges. Guests must provide a valid CNIC or passport at check-in for security records.
3. Guest Registration
Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay at the property. Additional guests must be declared and approved in advance and extra charges may apply. Events, gatherings, or parties require prior approval.
